SAP Test Management Lead

Summary: The SAP Test Management Lead will oversee the Testing & QA processes for a long-term SAP RISE S/4 HANA deployment program for a global end user. This senior role requires extensive experience in managing full life cycle SAP programs and delivering end-to-end testing solutions. The position is remote and spans a five-year contract, focusing on complex testing landscapes across various financial processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP testing and management tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the Testing & QA processes across the SAP RISE S/4 HANA program.
• Manage full life cycle SAP programs as a Lead Test Manager / QA Lead.
• Deliver end-to-end SAP S/4 HANA Test Programs.
• Oversee SI-led test delivery and manage multi-test cycles in complex landscapes.
• Utilize knowledge of SAP Finance processes including R2R, O2C, P2P, Tax, and Treasury.
• Implement and manage Test Management Tools such as Jira/Xray and SAP Cloud ALM / Solution Manager.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience as a Lead Test Manager / QA Lead in SAP programs.
• Experience with end-to-end SAP S/4 HANA Test Programs.
• Strong hands-on experience with multi-test cycles in complex landscapes.
• Knowledge of SAP Finance processes (R2R, O2C, P2P, Tax, Treasury).
• Extensive experience with Test Management Tools (Jira/Xray, SAP Cloud ALM / Solution Manager).
• Experience with Cloud ALM-based solutions is beneficial.
