Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled SAP ISU Test Lead to oversee testing for our SAP ISU implementation and enhancements. The candidate should possess extensive knowledge of the SAP ISU module and demonstrate leadership in managing test teams and ensuring quality assurance. This role requires hands-on experience in functional testing and the ability to drive successful project delivery. The position is remote with travel demands, and the role is classified as outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end testing activities across SAP ISU modules (DM, EDM, CRM, Billing, FI-CA, Device Management, etc.)
  • Define test strategy, scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with project goals.
  • Coordinate with functional, technical, and business teams to gather test requirements.
  • Prepare and review test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
  • Drive and manage various test phases including Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and Regression Testing.
  • Oversee defect management process log, track, analyze, and drive resolution of issues using tools like JIRA/HP ALM.
  • Manage test execution progress and report status to stakeholders regularly.
  • Provide test metrics, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement recommendations.
  • Guide and mentor test team members and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in SAP testing, with 4+ years in SAP ISU modules.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP ISU business processes: Billing, Device Management, Meter Reading, Energy Data Management (EDM), and Customer Service.
  • Experience with test management tools (HP ALM, JIRA, TestRail, etc.).
  • Solid experience in integration testing with upstream/downstream systems (CRM, PI/PO, Non-SAP).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience in working with Agile/Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
  • Team leadership and stakeholder management skills.
