Summary: The SAP Test Lead role requires an experienced professional with over 8 years of SAP experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity. Key Responsibilities:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of SAP experience with at least 3+ years as a Test Lead.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Proficiency in test management tools (HP ALM, Tricentis Tosca, Solution Manager, JIRA, etc.).
• Strong understanding of end-to-end SAP business processes across multiple modules.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage offshore/onsite test teams and coordinate across global locations.
