Overview
The SAP Test, Cutover & Hypercare Lead manages testing, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live activities to ensure a smooth and stable transition into production.
Description
- Lead test planning, UAT, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Coordinate test execution, defects, environments, and issue resolution.
- Develop and execute detailed cutover and go-live plans.
- Coordinate data migration, integrations, system readiness, and business validation.
- Lead cutover command center and hypercare activities.
- Monitor production issues, system stability, KPIs, and escalations.
- Coordinate IT, business, vendors, and support teams.
- Transition stabilized systems to steady-state support.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in testing, cutover, hypercare, or ERP implementations.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, data migration, integrations, and production readiness.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through go-live.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor s Degree or equivalent experience.
- SAP S/4HANA or Oracle ERP experience preferred
- Manufacturing, supply chain, retail, or distribution experience preferred
- ServiceNow, Remedy, or ITIL experience preferred
