Summary: The SAP Technical Cutover Lead will oversee the technical execution of a global S/4HANA Big Bang deployment for a major consumer packaged goods client across 150+ countries. This role requires immediate engagement to refine and manage the cutover plan, ensuring successful execution and coordination among various technical teams. The position is critical for the project's success, with a focus on planning, rehearsal leadership, and Go-Live execution. The contract is for a minimum of 6 months with remote work and occasional travel to London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan Ownership: Critically review, improve, and finalize the global Technical Cutover Plan for a Big Bang approach.
- Execution: Define, lead, and manage multiple Cutover Dress Rehearsals (CDRs) and the final Go-Live Command Centre (War Room).
- Coordination: Act as the single point of contact for technical cutover, aligning Basis, Development, Data Migration, and Functional teams globally.
- Risk Management: Proactively manage technical risks and provide clear, high-level status reporting to the Steering Committee.
Key Skills:
- 15+ years SAP Programme experience, with 3+ full life cycle Cutover Lead roles on complex, global projects.
- Mandatory experience leading Cutover for a SAP S/4HANA Big Bang deployment.
- Deep technical understanding of the S/4HANA landscape and data migration dependencies.
- Proven ability to manage technical teams and execute under extreme time pressure.
- CPG experience is highly beneficial.

We require an experienced and immediate SAP Technical Cutover Lead for a critical 6-month+ contract. This role is essential for a global CPG client's massive 150+ country S/4HANA Big Bang deployment, scheduled for May 2026.
You will immediately review, refine, and take full ownership of the existing cutover plan, and subsequently lead the flawless technical execution of the global cutover.
