Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP Technical Conversion Lead / Architect with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA system conversion, SAP technical architecture, migration, upgrade, and modernization programs.
Key Responsibilities
- SAP technical experience with multiple SAP transformation/conversion programs.
- Proven experience leading ECC-to-S/4HANA conversion projects.
- Ability to work as a technical architect and hands-on conversion lead, not just a project manager.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience coordinating large, geographically distributed technical teams.
- Strong understanding of SAP application, infrastructure, integration, and security architecture.
- Ability to identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Experience with mock conversions, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and production stabilization.
