Summary: The role of IT Analyst involves supporting the deployment of SAP S4 HANA procurement systems, focusing on direct procurement processes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the end-to-end deployment of the SAP S4 Hana procurement system, including planning, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation within the defined scope and budget.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and procurement.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for end-users, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of the procurement function.
  • Support data migration activities.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in deploying SAP procurement systems, with a strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency in SAP modules related to procurement (e.g., SAP ECC or S4 Hana, SAP Ariba) and familiarity with integration tools and techniques.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

IT Analyst 12 month contract Inside IR35 £32.31 per hour Bracknell (Remote) Must Have Direct procurement experience in combination with SAP deployment experience Currently deploying new instance of SAP (wave 1 went live in May) Support Analyst to continue supporting other rollouts (over next 15 months). Working with Global STP deployment lead who is based in US Experience supporting SAP S4 HANA deployments Good knowledge of procurement – direct & master data – understanding of procurement processes important Lots of communication with super users internally and also service provider Experience supporting data migration activities Happy for worker to be remote Working with the Global STP Deployment Lead, support the end-to-end deployment of the SAP S4 Hana procurement system, including planning, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
