SAP Supply Chain Consultant/Architect

Summary: The SAP Supply Chain Consultant/Architect role at ASPIRE IT SOLUTIONS involves leading the implementation of SAP ECC for a new food/snacks business in Europe. The position requires extensive experience in SAP SCM, particularly in configuration and integration with various modules. The consultant will work remotely and collaborate with offshore teams while ensuring project readiness and post-go-live support. This role is expected to last for over six months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering, gap-fit analysis, and functional specification documentation.
• Configure and implement SAP ECC supply chain modules: Order Mgmt, Inventory, Logistics, Demand/Supply Planning.
• Work closely with offshore teams on custom development (RICEF).
• Build test data, create test scenarios, and support SIT/UAT execution.
• Assist in training, cut-over, and go-live readiness activities.
• Support post-go-live troubleshooting and hypercare.
• Ensure seamless integration of supply chain modules with FI, CO, PM, QM, and others.

Key Skills:

• 12-15 years of SAP SCM experience with 5+ full-cycle implementations (ECC or S/4HANA).
• Strong hands-on configuration skills in SCM, especially OTC, PTP, MTS, RTR.
• CPG, food, pharma, or co-manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Familiarity with European operations (VAT, GDPR, Euro currency) is a plus.
• Experience in SAP APO is desirable, but not required.
• Must be able to work in a strict waterfall environment.
• Prior experience working with global and offshore teams.
