Summary: The role is for a freelance SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager specializing in Time and Payroll implementations, requiring remote work with some travel to customer sites. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional, EMEA-wide project or program teams, overseeing the full project lifecycle.
- Own project planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery in line with project management methodology and client expectations.
- Coordinate diverse teams across EMEA to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
- Drive completion of all deliverables, including project plans, budgets, testing, implementation, and handover to business-as-usual (BAU).
- Manage project scope, schedule, quality, risks, and issues.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, particularly in HR Transformation projects powered by SuccessFactors.
- Resource projects effectively from initiation to completion, balancing delivery needs with financial constraints.
Key Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in customer-facing roles.
- At least 4 years with SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects (bonus: time management and payroll modules).
- Previous experience working in a consulting firm and a strong consultant mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent.
- 8+ years of international consulting experience in Human Capital Management (HCM).
- 5+ years of experience managing a professional services team or organization.
- 4+ years of experience leading SuccessFactors projects (Payroll and Time Management highly valued).
