Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Testing Analyst to ensure the quality and reliability of SF modules through comprehensive end-to-end testing. The role focuses on validating HR processes, executing test strategies, and collaborating with both functional and technical teams to facilitate successful implementations and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios for SAP SuccessFactors modules
  • Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing
  • Validate HR business processes such as:
    • Employee Central (EC)
    • Recruitment (RCM)
    • Onboarding
    • Performance & Goals (PMGM)
    • Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Conduct end-to-end testing across SuccessFactors and integrated systems (SAP, third-party apps)
  • Identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA / HP ALM
  • Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and HR stakeholders
  • Prepare and manage test data and test environments
  • Support UAT cycles, including coordination with business users
  • Validate data migration and data integrity during implementations or upgrades
  • Ensure proper documentation of test results, defects, and reports

Key Skills:

  • Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors testing
  • Knowledge of one or more SF modules (EC, RCM, ONB, PMGM, LMS)
  • Understanding of HR processes and workflows
  • Experience with manual testing and QA methodologies (STLC)
  • Familiarity with defect tracking tools (JIRA, ALM)
