Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Testing Analyst to ensure the quality and reliability of SF modules through comprehensive end-to-end testing. The role focuses on validating HR processes, executing test strategies, and collaborating with both functional and technical teams to facilitate successful implementations and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios for SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing
- Validate HR business processes such as:
- Employee Central (EC)
- Recruitment (RCM)
- Onboarding
- Performance & Goals (PMGM)
- Learning Management System (LMS)
- Conduct end-to-end testing across SuccessFactors and integrated systems (SAP, third-party apps)
- Identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA / HP ALM
- Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and HR stakeholders
- Prepare and manage test data and test environments
- Support UAT cycles, including coordination with business users
- Validate data migration and data integrity during implementations or upgrades
- Ensure proper documentation of test results, defects, and reports
Key Skills:
- Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors testing
- Knowledge of one or more SF modules (EC, RCM, ONB, PMGM, LMS)
- Understanding of HR processes and workflows
- Experience with manual testing and QA methodologies (STLC)
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools (JIRA, ALM)
- Ability to create detailed test cases and execution reports
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
