Summary: The role of SAP SuccessFactors Consultant involves supporting the configuration and optimization of Talent Management modules within the SuccessFactors environment for a client. The consultant will focus on enhancing performance management and succession planning capabilities while aligning with the organization's HR processes. This position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption of the system. The role is fully remote, preferably within the European time zone, for a duration of 12 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management.
- Configure and support Succession & Career Development Planning modules.
- Contribute to the implementation and adoption of Talent Intelligence Hub.
- Translate HR business requirements into functional configurations within SuccessFactors.
- Support testing activities including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Provide documentation for system configuration and functional processes.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to ensure successful delivery.
Key Skills:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
- Hands-on configuration experience with Performance & Goals Management (PMGM).
- Hands-on configuration experience with Succession & Career Development Planning (CDP).
- Experience working with Talent Intelligence Hub.
- Strong understanding of SuccessFactors Talent Management processes.
- Experience in system configuration, testing, and documentation.
- Ability to work independently in an international project environment.
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
