Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors / SAP S/4HANA manager to lead enterprise SAP initiatives, drive business process transformation, and oversee the successful delivery of SAP implementations, upgrades, and optimization projects.
The ideal candidate will combine strong SAP functional expertise with leadership and stakeholder management experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation programs.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Oversee system design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Coordinate with SAP architects, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
- Drive process improvements across HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations functions.
- Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and governance standards.
- Provide executive-level status reporting and risk management.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of SAP experience.
- 3+ years managing SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP S/4HANA projects.
- Experience leading full lifecycle SAP implementations.
- Strong understanding of SAP methodologies, integrations, and business processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, or a related field.
