Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Compensation, etc.)
- Manage full project lifecycle: planning, scoping, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
- Collaborate with stakeholders, SAP consultants, integration teams, and third-party vendors
- Drive project governance, risk mitigation, and stakeholder reporting
- Ensure projects align with HR and business transformation goals
Key Skills:
- 5+ years' experience managing full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations
- Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and hybrid Agile/Waterfall approaches
- Deep understanding of HR business processes and SuccessFactors module interdependencies
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including C-level engagement
- Experience with data migration, testing coordination, and change management
- Ability to manage cross-functional, global teams in complex environments
