SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant - Inside IR35

SAP SuccessFactors ECP Consultant required to join a leading brand in the UK.

100% remote, excellent rates & long term contract

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements workshops and end-to-end payroll implementations.
• Design, configure, and deliver SAP Payroll solutions.
• Support clients and project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Manage go-lives, cutovers, DTO activities, and payroll testing.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on SAP HR Payroll implementation experience.
• In-depth knowledge of payroll schemas, statutory processing, pensions, benefits, BACS, and reporting.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP), including:
• Payroll Control Centre (PCC), validations, and KPIs.
• PTP replication and third-party integrations.
• Strong functional SAP Payroll knowledge and understanding of security and integrations across Benefits, Time Management, and Payroll.
• Experience with Parallel Payroll Comparison testing.
