Summary: We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with a focus on Learning Management System (LMS) and Plateau Report Designer (PRD) Reporting. The role involves designing, implementing, and supporting LMS modules while generating custom reports. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the configuration, deployment, and support of SAP SuccessFactors LMS modules.
- Design and develop custom reports using Plateau Report Designer (PRD) to meet client-specific learning analytics and compliance needs.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure validated LMS operations and compliance with audit and regulatory standards.
- Provide training and documentation for LMS and PRD usage.
- Support integration between LMS and other SuccessFactors modules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve LMS and reporting issues in a timely manner.
- Participate in bi-annual SuccessFactors upgrades and ensure system readiness.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors LMS implementation and support.
- Hands-on expertise in PRD Reporting creating, modifying, and publishing reports.
- Strong understanding of Employee Lifecycle Management and Learning Operations.
