Summary: We are seeking a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with over 13 years of specialized expertise in Learning Management System (LMS) and Plateau Report Designer (PRD) Reporting. The role involves designing, implementing, and supporting LMS modules while generating custom reports using PRD. This position requires close collaboration with client stakeholders and internal teams, primarily in a remote capacity with limited travel. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with audit standards and provide training for LMS and PRD usage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the configuration, deployment, and support of SAP SuccessFactors LMS modules.
- Design and develop custom reports using Plateau Report Designer (PRD) to meet client-specific learning analytics and compliance needs.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure validated LMS operations and compliance with audit and regulatory standards.
- Provide training and documentation for LMS and PRD usage.
- Support integration between LMS and other SuccessFactors modules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve LMS and reporting issues in a timely manner.
- Participate in bi-annual SuccessFactors upgrades and ensure system readiness.

- Hands-on expertise in PRD Reporting creating, modifying, and publishing reports.
