Project Context
These roles are part of a major global enterprise transformation program for a leading specialty chemicals organization.
The project involves a greenfield SAP S/4HANA (Private Cloud Edition) and SuccessFactors implementation, driving global process harmonization, data migration, and end-to-end HR transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute integration activities between SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, and various third-party applications.
- Coordinate complex integration tasks seamlessly with the internal program technical team and external third-party vendors.
- Proactively identify integration bottlenecks and propose architectural or process improvements to optimize system performance and data flow.
- Ensure all integrations align with the overarching greenfield enterprise architecture and security standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven hands-on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors integrations within large-scale, global enterprise landscapes.
- Deep technical proficiency in SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) / SAP Integration Suite.
- Strong track record of collaborating with and managing technical deliverables alongside third-party vendors and cross-functional technical teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and propose scalable improvements.
