Summary: The SAP SuccessFactors HCM/Payroll Consultant will focus on payroll solutions for Asian countries, leveraging over 10 years of experience in SAP HCM/Payroll. This remote role involves implementing and testing SAP Payroll/SuccessFactors EC Payroll modules, configuring payroll-related functionalities, and providing expert consulting services. The consultant will also engage in requirements analysis, solution design, and training to facilitate smooth transitions for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- 10 years of experience as an SAP HCM/Payroll Consultant with a strong focus on Asian countries Payroll
- Implementation & Testing experience across SAP Payroll/SuccessFactors EC Payroll modules
- Experience in configuring and maintaining SAP HCM/Payroll/EC Payroll modules related to Payroll.
- SAP Payroll Schema, PCR setup modification, Wage type configuration, Payment Medium workbench, Off-cycle workbench, Posting to Finance & Year End Tax reports generation
- Developing comprehensive test plans and test scenarios based on business requirements and functional specifications working closely with the Project teams for Functional Unit Testing, System Integration Testing & Payroll Compare Testing.
- Writing and executing test scripts to validate ECP configurations, including payroll calculations, deductions, taxes, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to analyze PTP replication issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Provide training and support to ensure a smooth transition.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Payroll (Employee Central Payroll platform)
- Knowledge and experience in SAP Payroll Module along with internal and external ECP integrations
- Preferred certifications include SAP ECP or related modules.

The SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll consultant role will design and deploy HR technology solutions establishing key business capabilities & enable the realization of strategic initiatives and operational improvements. Provide expert consulting services, and guiding clients through the implementation process.,
The consultant will work on requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, implementation and troubleshooting of key Employee Central Payroll functions like wage types, deductions, and payment schedules.
