SAP SuccessFactors ESM Consultant

Whitehall Resources are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors ESM Consultant. This will be fully remote working for an initial 3-6-month contract.

Job Description: We are looking for a consultant with hands-on experience in Enterprise Service Management (ESM), particularly in environments where ESM integrates with SAP SuccessFactors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support the Enterprise Service Management (ESM) platform.
• Work on the integration between ESM and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ESM workflows and integrations.
• Collaborate with HR and technical teams to ensure seamless service management processes.
• Support system enhancements, testing, and documentation.

Required Skills:

• Experience with Enterprise Service Management (ESM) tools.
• Knowledge of ESM integration with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Experience in supporting HR service management processes is an added advantage.
