Job Description

Lead payroll implementation and configuration activities while ensuring compliance with payroll regulations across multiple countries.

Responsible for integrating payroll with Employee Central and third-party systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure Employee Central Payroll schemas and payroll processes.
• Support payroll integration with Employee Central.
• Manage payroll controls, validations, and reconciliation.
• Configure wage types, payroll calculations, and statutory requirements.
• Support payroll testing, parallel runs, and cutover activities.
• Resolve payroll production issues.

Required Experience

• 6+ years of SAP Payroll/ECP experience.
• Multiple global payroll implementations.
• Experience supporting US and international payroll.
• Oil & Gas payroll exposure preferred.
