SAP Successfactors EC onboarding / offboarding support consultant

Mission

We are seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to integrate our Application Managed Services (AMS) support team, with a strong focus on Employee Central, Onboarding, and Offboarding modules. Expertise in other SuccessFactors modules is welcome and considered valuable.

Additional desirable experience includes:

• Proven Knowledge in SuccessFactors Reporting / People Analytics
• Proven knowledge of AI capabilities in SuccessFactors.
• Familiarity with integration between SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA payroll systems.
• Exposure to PowerDocs and xECM.
• Participation in implementation projects.
• Given the international scope of our operations, English proficiency and strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Goals:

• Strengthen AMS support for SuccessFactors: Employee Central, Onboarding & Offboarding and People Analytics modules.
• Ensure stable and efficient BAU/AMS operations across the SuccessFactors landscape.
• Enhance system capabilities by leveraging AI features.
• Support implementation projects to expand and optimize SuccessFactors functionalities.
• Foster effective collaboration with stakeholders through clear communication and strong soft skills.

Deliverables, among others:

• Daily AMS support for Employee Central, Onboarding & Offboarding and People Analytics modules.
• Operational support for additional SuccessFactors modules as needed.
• Documentation and reporting of activities, issues, and resolutions.
• Knowledge transfer and collaboration with internal/external team members to ensure continuity.
• Contribution to implementation projects, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
