Summary: The SAP SuccessFactors Developer role is a contract position focused on data integration between ADP GlobalView and SAP SuccessFactors, specifically supporting General Ledger requirements. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and support data integrations between ADP GlobalView and SAP SuccessFactors.
- Perform data mapping, transformation, and configuration activities to support General Ledger requirements.
- Analyse and validate inbound and outbound data flows to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with business requirements.
- Support testing activities, including defect investigation, root cause analysis, and resolution.
- Reconfigure and optimise integration mappings based on testing outcomes and stakeholder feedback.
- Collaborate with ADP teams to prepare integration deliverables for review, validation, and approval.
- Work closely with Finance, Payroll, and HR stakeholders to understand and resolve data and process issues.
- Produce and maintain integration documentation, mapping specifications, and technical artefacts.
- Ensure integration solutions align with project governance, controls, and delivery timelines.
- Provide proactive support during testing cycles and key project milestones.

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Integration Developer to support a critical workstream focused on data integration between ADP GlobalView and SAP SuccessFactors. The role will support the General Ledger aspects of the programme, ensuring that payroll and financial data is accurately mapped, validated, transformed, and integrated to meet project and business requirements.
This is a fast-paced contract position requiring an individual who can work independently, quickly identify and resolve data integration issues, and deliver high-quality outcomes within demanding project timelines. The successful candidate will work closely with ADP, Finance, Payroll, and project teams to ensure integration deliverables are completed on schedule and ready for ADP review and assessment.
