Summary: We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Business Analyst with a focus on Finance to support a major transformation programme. The role involves acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure that SAP SuccessFactors solutions meet financial requirements. The position is remote and requires collaboration with various departments to gather and document business needs. The contract duration is between 3 to 6 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements related to SAP SuccessFactors and associated Finance processes.
- Work closely with Finance, HR, Payroll, and project stakeholders to define and validate system requirements.
- Support the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SuccessFactors solutions.
- Ensure integration requirements between SuccessFactors, Payroll, and Finance systems are clearly understood and documented.
- Facilitate workshops, process mapping sessions, and stakeholder reviews.
- Support data migration, reporting, reconciliation, and testing activities.
- Assist with change management, training, and user adoption activities.
- Collaborate with system integrators and technical teams to resolve issues and deliver project objectives.
- Ensure business processes and system configurations align with governance and compliance requirements.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within SAP SuccessFactors environments.
- Strong understanding of Finance processes, particularly General Ledger impacts and financial reporting requirements.
- Experience working on SuccessFactors implementation, transformation, or optimisation programmes.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into functional specifications.
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, Finance teams, and technical delivery teams to ensure SAP SuccessFactors solutions effectively support business and financial requirements.
