An SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay Consultant configures, implements, and supports cloud-based total rewards and incentive programs for global organizations.
Key Requirement
- 10+ years working directly with SAP SuccessFactors, focusing heavily on compensation cycles.
- Configure compensation templates, route maps, guidelines, budgets, and eligibility rules.
- Build payout formulas, business goal mapping, and performance-related bonus schemes.
- Connect compensation data with core modules like Employee Central (EC) and Performance & Goals (PMGM).
- Run unit tests, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), fix configuration errors, and build compensation statements.
- Lead workshops with HR leaders to align business rules with software capabilities.
- Good to have Active certification in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules.
