We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Lead to drive procurement transformation as part of a large-scale enterprise implementation.
- Bring 10+ years of SAP MM/Procurement experience, including at least 5 years working on SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Lead end-to-end procurement solution design, covering purchasing, inventory control, supplier processes, and invoice verification.
- Drive business workshops, translate requirements into scalable solutions, and promote SAP standard functionality.
- Contribute to Greenfield implementations, global process harmonization, and enterprise-wide template development.
- Manage integration with Finance, Accounts Payable, Manufacturing, Quality Management, and Warehouse Management.
- Oversee procurement master data migration, validation, reconciliation, and cutover readiness.
- Guide functional configuration, technical specifications, interfaces, workflows, and reporting requirements.
- Lead SIT, UAT, regression testing, deployment planning, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Leverage SAP Fiori, Flexible Workflow, SAP Activate, and S/4HANA best practices to improve business efficiency.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, mentor consultants, and communicate effectively with business and IT stakeholders.
