Responsibilities:
- As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for translating this Service Industry client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions using your in-depth knowledge of SAP S/4 Service Management.
- You will collaborate with Business, Legacy ECC team, Middleware team and Project Delivery Teams to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that underpins the client value proposition and business case.
- You are expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience, possess influencing and advisory skills, and be responsible for team decisions.
- Engaging with multiple teams and contributing to key decisions will be essential, as well as providing solutions to problems that apply across various teams.
- Expert proficiency in SAP S/4 Service Management is required.
- Additional knowledge in billing process will be an added advantage.
- Advanced proficiency in Requirements Analysis is recommended.
