Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP Signavio Process Mining implementations and process optimization initiatives.
- Analyze event logs from SAP and non-SAP systems to identify process bottlenecks, deviations, compliance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain process mining models, dashboards, KPIs, and analytical reports.
- Perform root cause analysis and provide data-driven recommendations for process improvements.
- Measure and monitor key process performance indicators, including cycle time, lead time, throughput time, rework rates, process variants, and SLA compliance.
- Assess process conformance against established business rules and operational standards.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define, prioritize, and implement process improvement initiatives.
- Support digital transformation and automation efforts by identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and process standardization.
- Ensure data quality and accuracy for process mining analyses and reporting.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Process Mining, Business Process Management, Process Excellence, or related disciplines.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Signavio Process Intelligence (Process Mining).
- Strong understanding of SAP business processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), and Supply Chain operations.
- Experience integrating and analyzing data from SAP and non-SAP systems.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP Signavio Process Intelligence, strong knowledge of SAP business processes, and a proven ability to identify process inefficiencies, uncover actionable insights, and drive operational excellence.
