Strong understanding of SAP Service Management business processes.
Experience working on SAP Public Cloud implementation/configuration projects.
Good understanding of SAP integration and end-to-end business processes.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Experience with testing, defect management, and production support.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with distributed teams
