Summary: The role of SAP SD OTC Consultant focuses on supporting a multi-site rollout in Poland, emphasizing Polish localisation and e-invoicing compliance using SAP DRC. The consultant will ensure business alignment, localisation accuracy, and documentation readiness for statutory reporting. This position is part-time initially, transitioning to full-time in Autumn, with occasional travel to Poland for workshops. Candidates based in the EU, particularly Polish or Hungarian, are preferred due to localisation similarities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the SD OTC stream with Polish localisation requirements
- Configure and validate SAP DRC (Document and Reporting Compliance) for e-invoicing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, PTP, RTR)
- Provide input to a Belgian partner unfamiliar with Polish localisation
- Support occasional workshops on site at up to 5 different Polish locations (travel expenses covered)
Key Skills:
- Proven experience with SAP SD OTC and Polish localisation
- Strong understanding of SAP DRC for Poland (e-invoicing mandates)
- Exposure to MM PTP or RTR is a strong advantage
- Ability to work independently and guide localisation activities
