Summary: Red Global is seeking an experienced SAP SD/OTC Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support a significant global S/4HANA transformation program. The role focuses on driving process standardization, best practice adoption, and solution design across regional workstreams. The consultant will be responsible for managing project scope and delivery while collaborating with various stakeholders. This position is remote with occasional travel required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as SAP SD/OTC SME, driving best practices and process standardization across the region.
- Analyze business requirements, identify process gaps, and design effective SAP solutions.
- Manage scope, priorities, and delivery of assigned work packages.
- Support end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities.
- Monitor project progress, track dependencies, and proactively manage risks and issues.
- Drive process optimization, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct impact analysis and recommend solutions for business and technical challenges.
- Collaborate with PMO, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
Key Skills:
- 7+ years of SAP SD and OTC experience
- Strong end-to-end Order-to-Cash process expertise
- Proven SAP S/4HANA implementation experience
