Key Responsibilities:

• Manage ECC SD business processes including sales, shipping, billing, pricing, credit management, and rebates.
• Work on integration with Salesforce, SAP CRM, SAP C4C, and EDW transformation projects.
• Conduct business process mapping and documentation.
• Provide guidance on SAP best practices for SD and CRM modules.
• Prepare functional specifications for development objects.
• Participate in end-to-end implementation projects.
• Utilize IDOCs, LSMW, batch jobs, and SAP queries.
