SAP Skills
Strong experience in SAP Support environment (Production systems)
Hands-on knowledge of one or more SAP modules related to SDCS, such as:
SAP SD / MM / PP / LE / EWM / APO / IBP (based on landscape)
Understanding of SAP integrations (IDocs, RFCs, APIs, Interfaces)
Technical & Process Knowledge
Incident management using tools like ServiceNow, SolMan, or Jira
Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging (preferred for L3 support)
