Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP Service and Asset Manager (SSAM)
- Configure standard SAP features aligned with business requirements
- Map business processes to SAP best practices (Asset Maintenance, Scheduling, Service Management)
- Ensure seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA modules: EAM (Enterprise Asset Management), CS (Customer Service), MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales & Distribution), Finance
- Optimize mobile/offline user experience for technicians and service engineers
- Create functional specifications, perform unit & integration testing, and troubleshoot issues
- Conduct client workshops, training sessions, and provide post-go-live support
Key Skills:
- 10+ years of overall SAP experience
- 3+ years in SAP Service and Asset Manager (SSAM) OR SAP Work Manager OR SAP Asset Manager (PM/EAM)
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture & configuration
- Hands-on experience in SAP PM / EAM modules
- Experience with S/4HANA Customer Service (CS) (nice to have)
- Background in Asset Management (PM) or Customer Service (CS) (nice to have)
- Knowledge of SAP MDG (Master Data Governance) for equipment/master data (nice to have)
