Overview
Join a multi-year DoD SAP S/4HANA modernization program supporting the enterprise transformation from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.
We are seeking experienced SAP functional consultants with Active Secret Clearance to help drive data conversion governance, cross-functional business process integration, Federal audit and compliance requirements, and cutover readiness.
Ideal candidates have hands-on SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA experience, a strong understanding of end-to-end business processes, and experience supporting large-scale ERP implementations in Federal or DoD environments.
Description
- Lead and facilitate future-state integration design and validation sessions.
- Define system responsibilities, data ownership, interface triggers, error handling, reconciliation, and support requirements.
- Design and validate SAP S/4HANA interfaces using APIs, IDocs, file-based integrations, middleware, and other integration patterns.
- Develop and maintain interface inventories, data mappings, functional requirements, and integration design decisions.
- Define end-to-end integration flows supporting planning, materials management, inventory, warehousing, transportation, and financial processes.
- Develop and validate end-to-end integration test scenarios.
- Collaborate with business, functional, technical, and integration stakeholders to resolve design issues and dependencies.
- Support integration architecture decisions and ensure alignment with Navy supply-chain objectives.
Requirements
- Hands-on SAP S/4HANA integration and interface design experience.
- Strong experience in future-state solution design, interface validation, and cross-system integration.
- Experience leading integration design workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of APIs, IDocs, file-based interfaces, middleware, data mapping, and SAP integration patterns.
- Experience developing interface inventories, functional requirements, data mappings, and integration testing strategies.
- Strong supply-chain integration knowledge across planning, MM, inventory, warehousing, transportation, and finance.
- SAP BTP Integration Suite / Cloud Integration experience preferred.
- Experience with FLIS, SAP Defense & Security (D&S), and DoD/federal supply-chain or logistics environments preferred.
- Experience with SAP IBP/eSPP, MRP/IM with MRP Areas, EWM, or TM preferred.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Minimum Interim Secret DoD clearance required.
