Requirements
- Senior-level Business Analyst with strong SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA Accounts Receivable experience.
- Expertise in FSCM modules including Cash Management, Credit Management, Collections, Disputes, and BCM.
- Experience with Cash Application, Collections, Dispute Management, Deductions, and Payment Processing.
- Strong knowledge of incoming payments (manual, electronic, lockbox), EBS, and bank reconciliations.
- Hands-on experience with credit card and electronic payment processing.
- Experience with customer portals and portal integrations.
- Extensive third-party interface and integration experience.
- Experience handling complex custom enhancements in SAP FI.
- Exposure to automation, AI, Generative AI, ML, RPA, SAP BTP, APIs, workflows, and analytics.
- High Radius or similar AR automation platform experience preferred.
