Job Description

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP S/4HANA Service Management Architect to lead the Service Management workstream for a large-scale S/4HANA brownfield transformation within the manufacturing domain. This role will serve as the endtoend functional and solution architect, driving the design, migration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Service while guiding global stakeholders through a complex digital transformation.

The ideal candidate brings deep handson expertise across the full service lifecycle, strong SAP CS to S/4HANA Service migration experience, and a proven ability to lead global change initiatives in matrixed environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Service Management track for an endtoend S/4HANA brownfield implementation program.
  • Architect and design the S/4HANA Service Management solution, ensuring alignment with business processes and manufacturing industry best practices.
  • Drive migration from SAP CS to S/4HANA Service, including process redesign, functional configuration, and testing.
  • Own endtoend service lifecycle processes, including:
    • Contract and entitlement management
    • Service order planning and execution
    • Field service operations
    • Service billing and integration
  • Partner with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration with other S/4HANA modules.
  • Provide handson support across solution design, configuration, testing, and implementation phases.
  • Support global rollout activities, including change management and user adoption across multiple geographies.
  • Deliver enduser training and knowledge transfer to business and IT stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to program leadership, identifying risks, resolving complex issues, and driving decisions.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of SAP experience, with 8+ years in Service Management roles.
  • Extensive experience leading S/4HANA implementation projects, specifically in brownfield environments.
  • Proven expertise across the entire service management lifecycle within SAP.
  • Strong handson experience with:
    • SAP S/4HANA Service Management
    • SAP CS and CS to S/4HANA Service migration
  • Demonstrated experience architecting and delivering service solutions in manufacturing industry environments.
  • Strong understanding of crossfunctional integration between S/4HANA Service and other SAP modules.
  • Experience working on global transformation programs with geographically distributed users.
  • Ability to deliver effective training and enablement for end users.
