SAP S/4HANA Service – Advanced Execution Consultant (PM&CS)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Service Advanced Execution Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Customer Service (CS). The consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP S/4HANA Service solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement SAP S/4HANA Service Advanced Execution solutions.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Configure SAP PM and CS for service orders, notifications, maintenance planning, execution, and billing.
• Implement service execution processes, including service contracts, resource scheduling, and field service operations.
• Integrate SAP Service with MM, SD, and FI/CO.
• Support testing, UAT, data migration, production support, and issue resolution.
• Prepare functional documentation and provide user training and knowledge transfer.
• Work with business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support post-go-live activities and continuous process improvements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of SAP functional consulting experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Service – Advanced Execution.
• Expertise in SAP PM and CS.
• Experience with service orders, notifications, maintenance planning, and execution.
• Strong knowledge of service contract management and field service operations.
• Experience integrating SAP Service with MM, SD, and FI/CO.
• Experience with functional configuration, solution design, data migration, testing, and production support.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• At least one full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation or migration projects.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and travel as required.
• Strong documentation, training, and knowledge transfer experience.
