As a Price and Promotion Planning Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing pricing strategies and promotional campaigns for retail clients. Your responsibilities will include analyzing market trends, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging advanced SAP solutions to optimize pricing and promotional effectiveness. You will be expected to translate business requirements into actionable plans, ensuring that all initiatives align with organizational goals and drive measurable results. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing best practices within the retail pricing and promotion domain. In this role, you will utilize tools such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP Merchandising, and SAP Retail to manage and enhance pricing and promotional processes. Familiarity with these platforms will you to configure, test, and deploy solutions that support dynamic retail environments. Exposure to integrated planning systems, data analytics platforms, and workflow automation tools will further enhance your ability to deliver value. Experience with large-scale retail transformation projects, stakeholder management, and change management initiatives will help you navigate complex organizational structures and deliver successful outcomes. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to design and implement effective price and promotion planning strategies using SAP S/4HANA.
- Configure and optimize SAP Merchandising and SAP Retail modules to support business objectives.
- Analyze current pricing and promotional processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend best practices.
- Provide expert guidance on SAP S/4HANA functionalities related to retail pricing and promotions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of pricing and promotion solutions.
- Support end-users through training, troubleshooting, and ongoing system enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with ship requirements throughout project engagements.
