SAP S/4HANA Migration Support

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Migration Support resource to support ongoing SAP migration activities. The consultant will provide technical support, troubleshoot migration issues, validate migration results, and collaborate with SAP and technical teams throughout the migration lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute SAP and operating system commands required for S/4HANA migration activities.
• Troubleshoot migration errors, system inconsistencies, and technical issues.
• Validate migration results and confirm successful data and configuration transfers.
• Analyze system logs and monitor system behavior to identify root causes of migration failures.
• Support testing, remediation, validation, and issue resolution during migration activities.
• Assist with migration cutover and post-migration validation as needed.
• Collaborate with SAP functional, technical, infrastructure, and project teams.
• Document issues, resolutions, and migration-related findings.
• Ensure migration activities are completed successfully within project timelines.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA migration/support.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting SAP migration issues.
• Knowledge of SAP system administration and operating system commands.
• Experience analyzing SAP/system logs and migration errors.
• Understanding of data migration, configuration migration, testing, and validation.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA conversion/migration projects.
• Experience with SAP technical migration tools and methodologies.
• Exposure to SAP Basis activities is highly desirable.
• Experience supporting migration through testing, remediation, and cutover.
