Summary: The SAP S/4HANA + Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Program Manager will lead and manage end-to-end program delivery for SAP Finance, HR, and Payroll transformation initiatives. This role requires overseeing large-scale global implementations, ensuring alignment between business and technical teams, and successfully deploying ECP integrated with S4HANA. The ideal candidate will have extensive SAP experience and a strong background in managing transformation programs. Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential for stakeholder management and driving project success.

Key Responsibilities:
