Summary: The SAP S/4HANA CRM Solution Architect is responsible for the design, planning, and execution of end-to-end technical migration from SAP CRM to S/4HANA. This role requires in-depth functional knowledge of the SAP system and hands-on cross-functional experience. The position involves significant travel, with 75% of the time spent on-site. The architect will also develop a data migration approach in collaboration with the data team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, plan, and execute end-to-end technical migration from SAP CRM to S/4HANA.
- Ensure the migration of current CRM business capabilities, including functionality, functional and technical objects, configuration, code, and data into S/4HANA.
- Manage the migration of Client ERP Middleware (RFCs and BDOCs) into S/4HANA.
- Develop data migration approach with the data team.
Key Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of SAP ECC CRM and S/4HANA Service Management / SAP S/4HANA CRM.
- 10 to 15 years of overall experience with at least 2 to 3 technical migrations from SAP CRM to SAP S/4HANA as a Solution Architect.
- Experience in migrating CRM modules such as Account Management, Contract Management, Request Management, Case Management, Task Management, and Knowledge Management.
