SAP S/4 HANA Consultant with SAP ABAP

Required Skills & Experience

• 9+ years of SAP ABAP experience, with strong hands-on development experience in SAP S/4HANA.
• Proven experience working on both S/4HANA Brownfield and Greenfield implementations.
• Strong expertise in ABAP development, enhancements, reports, interfaces, forms, conversions, workflows, and RICEF/WRICEF objects.
• Strong knowledge of S/4HANA development concepts and extensibility.
• Experience with S/4HANA data migration/conversion-related development, including custom code remediation and performance optimization.
• Strong understanding of integration technologies such as IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, APIs, web services, and middleware.
• Experience supporting Go-Live and post-go-live Hypercare for S/4HANA implementations.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver timely technical fixes.
• Experience working directly with functional teams, business users, and customer stakeholders.
• Experience in S/4HANA rollouts and/or AMS/support engagements.
• Ability to transition from Hypercare to ongoing AMS/customer support and subsequently support another S/4HANA rollout.
• Experience in code reviews, technical design, unit testing, defect resolution, performance tuning, and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of SAP Clean Core and S/4HANA extensibility principles is desirable.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and customer-facing skills.
