Summary: We are looking for an SAP QM Data Specialist to join the global SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud implementation program “SyWay” for a leading client in the chemical industry. The role involves managing and executing data activities related to Quality Management, ensuring high-quality data delivery, and supporting inspection processes. The specialist will work closely with quality assurance teams and utilize the Syniti Knowledge Platform to align data with business requirements. This position is fully remote, targeting candidates within the European time zone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate data collection, validation, transformation, and loading for QM master data objects.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance teams and functional consultants to align inspection data with SAP process design.
  • Support data migration waves using the Syniti Knowledge Platform (SKP).
  • Ensure inspection criteria, certification profiles, and characteristics are fully aligned with business requirements.
  • Assist with test cycles, cutover, and hypercare, ensuring traceability and completeness of quality data.
  • Bridge communication between IT teams and business stakeholders for all quality data-related topics.

Key Skills:

  • Strong experience in SAP Quality Management (QM) data and inspection-related processes.
  • Good understanding of inspection plans, master inspection characteristics, and certification logic.
