Required Skills & Experience
- 9+ years of SAP experience, with strong hands-on expertise in SAP MM and Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes.
- Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations and support.
- Proven experience in both S/4HANA Brownfield and Greenfield implementations.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, source determination, goods receipt, invoice verification, and procurement-related processes.
- Hands-on experience with SAP MM configuration and functional support.
- Experience with inventory management, purchasing, material master, vendor/business partner processes, and account determination.
- Strong integration knowledge with SAP FI/CO, SD, PP, WM/EWM and other relevant modules.
- Proven experience in Go-Live and post-go-live Hypercare activities.
- Experience troubleshooting critical production issues, performing root-cause analysis, and coordinating resolution with technical and functional teams.
- Strong experience working directly with business users and customer stakeholders.
- Experience in S/4HANA rollouts and/or AMS/support engagements.
- Ability to transition from Hypercare to ongoing customer support/AMS and subsequently support another S/4HANA rollout.
- Experience with functional specifications, testing, defect management, SIT/UAT, regression testing, and business-user support.
- Knowledge of S/4HANA procurement innovations and Fiori applications is desirable.
- Experience with global implementations, multi-country rollouts, or template-based deployments is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
