Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of SAP rollout activities for assigned countries, business units, or sites.
- Own the integrated rollout plan, including milestones, dependencies, resources, risks, issues, budget, and overall delivery status.
- Serve as the primary coordination point between global SAP program teams, regional/business stakeholders, system integrators, and local implementation teams.
- Translate the global SAP deployment strategy into executable regional and country-level plans.
- Ensure alignment to the global template while managing legitimate local business, statutory, tax, regulatory, and operational requirements.
- Facilitate workshops with Spanish-speaking business teams to validate processes, requirements, readiness, and deployment decisions.
- Coordinate activities across key SAP workstreams such as: Finance and Controlling, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Manufacturing and Supply Chain, Inventory and Warehouse Management, Master Data, Integrations and Reporting.
- Drive completion of critical deployment activities including data migration, testing, cutover, training, change management, and business readiness.
- Establish and manage country/site readiness criteria and ensure unresolved risks are escalated ahead of go-live.
- Lead cutover planning and execution in partnership with business and technical teams.
- Coordinate go-live command center activities, hypercare, issue prioritization, and transition into steady-state support.
- Monitor post-go-live stabilization, including incidents, process issues, enhancement requests, user adoption, and operational risks.
- Maintain clear executive-level reporting on progress, risks, decisions, dependencies, and required leadership actions.
- Proactively identify delivery risks and develop mitigation and recovery plans.
- Ensure effective handoff from the project organization to application support and business process owners.
- Capture lessons learned and continuously improve the rollout approach for subsequent markets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 7+ years of experience managing enterprise technology, ERP, or business transformation programs.
- Demonstrated experience leading at least one significant SAP implementation, rollout, or deployment.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of SAP implementation lifecycle activities including design, configuration, testing, data migration, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple countries, functions, vendors, and senior stakeholders.
- Strong project and program management capabilities across scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Experience working with system integrators and external consulting partners.
- Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to communicate complex program issues clearly to both business and technology audiences.
- Fluent/professional proficiency in Spanish and English, including the ability to facilitate meetings and communicate with senior business stakeholders in both languages.
- Ability to work across multiple time zones and travel internationally as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with large-scale global SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
- SAP rollout experience within manufacturing, consumer products, food manufacturing, supply chain, or distribution environments.
- Experience implementing a global template across Latin America or other Spanish-speaking markets.
- Understanding of localization requirements across countries, including finance, taxation, invoicing, regulatory reporting, and statutory processes.
- Experience with organizational change management and business transformation.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, SAP Activate, or similar project/program management certification.
- Experience working with enterprise platforms integrated with SAP, such as Salesforce, Oracle EPM, data platforms, warehouse systems, manufacturing systems, or third-party logistics solutions.
