Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional, cross-departmental, and cross-company teams for project management from initiation to closure using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Ensure project delivery implementation processes are followed, managing project schedules, risks, issues, scope, and budget.
- Maintain Clarity, JIRA, Excel, and other internal tracking tools for monitoring project/program productivity.
- Track activity across distributed teams, resolve problems, publish progress reports, and provide clear communication while recommending actions.
- Manage meetings and collaboration, effectively preparing, conducting, participating in, and following up on business meetings with distributed teams.
- Quickly identify and analytically examine issues as they arise, executing effective resolution strategies.
