SAP Project Manager - S/4HANA Transformation

Job Description

Our utility client is undergoing a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation and is looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager/Program Manager to lead a large SAP transformation team of approximately 100 resources.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex, enterprise-wide SAP transformation programs, preferably within the Utilities industry, with strong knowledge across SAP S/4HANA and related solutions including SAP EAM, Ariba, Fieldglass, and other integrated SAP platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a large SAP S/4HANA transformation program with a team of approximately 100 resources.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and overall program delivery.
• Coordinate across functional, technical, integration, data, testing, and business teams.
• Oversee SAP S/4HANA transformation activities across areas such as EAM, Ariba, Fieldglass, and related SAP solutions.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, SAP leadership, vendors, system integrators, and executive management.
• Establish program governance, status reporting, milestones, and delivery metrics.
• Identify and resolve cross-functional issues, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and SAP transformation strategy.
• Manage geographically distributed teams and multiple workstreams.
• Support executive-level communication and steering committee meetings.
• Travel occasionally to client locations as required; travel expenses will be covered by the client.
