Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of two integration initiatives, APO to S/4 and OMP to S/4, in a global environment. The role requires ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while managing project scope, schedule, budget, and quality. This position is a 12-month contract with remote work flexibility and occasional visits to London. The candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams and manage risks and interdependencies in a regulated setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the integrated delivery of APO to S/4 and OMP to S/4 as one consolidated project within a specific operating model.
- Ensure integration readiness while adhering to compliance, validation, and data integrity standards (e.g., GxP where applicable).
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, IT, Manufacturing, and external system integrators.
- Manage interdependencies, risks, and issues across both integration tracks in a highly regulated environment.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise ERP governance, validation protocols, documentation standards, and audit readiness requirements.
- Oversee system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), validation activities, and cutover planning.
- Maintain control of project scope, schedule, budget, and quality metrics with formal reporting to senior leadership.
- Drive data migration, master data governance alignment, and data integrity controls.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience managing large-scale ERP implementation or integration projects.
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA integration landscapes.
- Experience working in regulated environments with knowledge of GxP, validation processes, and audit requirements.
- Familiarity with supply chain planning systems such as APO and OMP.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives in a global organisation.
- Strong risk management, financial oversight, and governance experience.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills, including interaction with Quality and Regulatory teams.
