Summary: The SAP Project Manager for Procure-to-Pay Transformation will lead projects aimed at enhancing the procure-to-pay processes within the organization. Key Responsibilities:

Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience managing SAP projects focused on P2P processes.
- Proven experience with SAP ECC and Ariba implementations.
- PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification is a plus.
- Strong understanding of P2P processes and SAP solutions.

The individual will play a critical role in ensuring the alignment of P2P transformation initiatives with business objectives, driving efficiency and value across procurement and payment processes.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution (40%)
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, for P2P transformation initiatives.
Oversee the implementation of SAP ECC and Ariba solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical specifications.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget.
Risk Management & Issue Resolution (25%)
Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues that could impact project outcomes.
Develop contingency plans to address potential challenges and minimize disruptions to project timelines.
Maintain a risk register and provide regular updates to stakeholders on risk status and mitigation efforts.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication (20%)
Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, procurement teams, IT teams, and external vendors.
Facilitate regular project meetings, including status updates, steering committee reviews, and stakeholder briefings.
Tailor communication styles to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to executive leadership.
Problem-Solving and Analytical Oversight (10%)
Analyze data and KPIs to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities within the P2P processes.
Develop actionable insights and recommendations based on thorough analysis to enhance project outcomes.

Qualifications:
Education/Experience
Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
7+ years of experience managing SAP projects, with a focus on procure-to-pay (P2P) processes.
Proven experience with SAP ECC and Ariba implementations.
PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification is a plus.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
Strong understanding of P2P processes and SAP solutions, including configuration, integration, and implementation.
Exceptional project management skills, with experience in risk management, planning, and execution.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
