Summary: The SAP Project Manager will lead complex IT projects focused on the decommissioning of legacy HR systems and the migration of data to SAP platforms. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans covering objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables
- Lead the decommissioning of legacy HR systems, ensuring compliance with data retention and archiving standards
- Oversee end-to-end SAP data migration using appropriate SAP tools and methodologies
- Design and implement integration strategies between SAP and in-house applications
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and SAP functional experts
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution
- Communicate project updates, milestones, and challenges to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Collaborate with agencies and business units to define current and future state models
- Analyze and prioritize business requirements to align with technical solutions
- Foster a collaborative and productive project environment across technical and business teams
